Job Description

Technical Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA and Section 508 preferred
  • Experience with Web accessibility auditing and reviewing in Desktop and Mobile applications
  • Sound knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WEI-ARIA technologies
  • Ability to provide technical recommendations and remedial actions to fix accessibility violations.
  • Experience in Assistive Technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, Voice Over, Talkback. Narrator and Zoom Text preferred
  • Experience in using Color Contrast Analyzer, Wave, Axe, High Contrast Mode, TextSpacing, ARC Toolkit, No Cofee, Insight, SiteImprove
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have an aptitude in reconciling business requirements with testing requirements with help of other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in Software Quality Assurance and testing
  • Knowledge in software development and the software development lifecycle.
  • Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Basic knowledge on Agile/Scrum.
  • Sound time management skills and optimistic attitude.
