Job Description

    At least 2+ years as a Senior Test Analyst, Experience with Salesforce testing projects is a must. Experience in the preparation of Test plans, test cases, test results and defect reports. Experience in the retail industry would be preferable, Experience in functional test phases such as System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing Experience working with external parties and vendors, Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies knowledge of various test automation tools like Selenium/TOSCA etc. will be a plus (optional) Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Responsibilities: Use software testing techniques to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Conduct functional system, application, and integration testing of Salesforce Projects. Coordinating work with offshore teams, Knowledge Management and maintenance of collaborative information stores. Sharing testing reports with the team leads, Managing defects and tasks using management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr Working closely with project management and agile teams to produce/refine epics, stories, tasks, and iterations.
