Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all potential business from assigned territory with proper strategy. Handling channel Partners with High Mindset of Sales and collections.Responsibilities :1. Responsible for justifying territory Sales Volume.2. The ASM is accountable for the attainment of sales & collection targets.3. Creating Infrastructure for Whole Solar Business. (Create and execute channel expansion program basis market potential).4. Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.5. Strategy and execution of developing new distributors / dealers.6. Monitor competitors activities (including sales and market activations).7. Establish systems, processes, and review mechanisms to support channel growth.8. Monitor the performance of Ground sales team and motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets Role essentials.9. Implementation of key distribution processes and Distributor SOPS required by Company.10. Appointment, Training & Retention of the New/Existing Channel partners, Dealers and FIELD sales Executives.
