Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively engage in door-to-door lead-generation activities.
    • Responsible for Fixing appointments for the generated leads with our architects.
    • Contact potential leads provided by the company to schedule meetings and follow up on interest.
    • Provide regular updates to the ECR office on sales progress and potential challenges.
    • Work closely with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies.
    • Represent Company Interiors professionally at all times, ensuring positive client interactions.
    • Understand and communicate customer needs effectively to the management.
    Requirements:
    • Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any degree is acceptable.
    • Experience: 2-4 years in sales, preferably in industrial products like UPVC, switches, ply, or tiles.
    • Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
    • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to travel to generate clients and for client meetings.
