Job Description

Execute data governance policies to manage the accuracy of site material master data including site bills of material, routes/recipes, new item setup and other material related data modules or systems.
Support collection and distribution of site reports, which may include OEE, Material Usage Variance, and Mold/Trim/Yield review along with summarization analysis. Prepare Production reports for daily distribution by 10AM each workday to management to support operations performance/efficiency analysis using PC and SAP computer system.
Troubleshoot and investigate data requests to provide accurate data to support other site functional groups.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the site data. Investigate, evaluate, and correct errors and exceptions utilizing both automated and visual means. Routinely verify that groups responsible for providing data are adhering to stated policies.
Coordinates with corporate Database Specialists site projects that impact system and business processes.
Release orders and print work tickets
Review orders and TECO.
Prepare package (tickets & CRS sheets) on sample orders and follow up shipment.
