This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.PurposeSecurity Technology Services (STS) is a critical function within Standard Chartered Bank operating under the overall purview of Technology Services .The STS team is made up of cyber security thought leaders, who are accountable for the provision of a global set of cyber security & Data protection services and products in order to maintain and continuously improve Bank s cyber security posture in today s ever evolving cyber security landscape.Data Leakage Protection Business On Boarding Specialist is part of a team that operates a global data leakage program across the Bank. Specifically, the role will analyse and define, process requirements to support data protection requirements including, but not limited to, data loss prevention, data discovery, data classification, data access across the business and on board them as part of overall Data Protection program.The Role Responsibilities

• Must be able to execute strategic and tactical direction for DLP solutions offerings
• Gather business requirements, identify and define business opportunities and lead the development and implementation of DLP solutions that meet business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business partners, technical analysts, DLP case investigators, detection analysts, and third-party vendors;
• Document Business Requirements and business rules.
• Develop functional specifications for integrating/adopting requirements into enterprise target state architecture or specific application
• Support data protection processes, tools and service providers.
• Optimize the end-to-end use of data protection tools.
• Champion data protection and expand the organization s awareness of policies and leading practices by providing timely feedback about event pattern to Global Information Security Officers.
• Collaborate with business groups to help them to identify, classify, and secure high value data
• Provide feedback via periodic reports based on rule parameters;
• Respond by partnering with appropriate teams (e.g., Investigation Team).
• Collaborate with IT Security and Risk team members as well as other functional and technical partners, leadership, vendors, and external parties to prepare and deliver appropriate and accurate metrics to direct supervisor in preparation for management review
• Ability to self-direct and work independently when necessary, and clearly articulate technical concepts/ issues to both technical and non-technical peers and management
• Contribute to overall DLP process improvements and documentation
• Represent and contribute to the overall DLP solutions and methodologies
• Should have strong experience in stakeholder management.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 10-15 years experience in Data protection domains including Data Leakage services
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), UBA, Data Discovery & Classification, CASB
• Experience in understanding business requirement on Data Protection/Leakage requirements and on board them as part of the Data Protection/Leakage Services.
• Excellent oral, written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact in a team environment with all levels of employees, including Senior Management.
• Highly entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to deliver value.
• Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation s goal. Is confident and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success
• Able to get things done in a quick-paced environment. Be transparent and open around what doesn t work and what does
• Excellent technical skills and strong understanding in network designs, switches and routers, firewalls,
• Strong understanding of the Data Leakage vectors and able to articulate the Data Leakage and relevant controls to protect and detect events.
• Excellent communication skills oral, written and presentation; technical reporting writing across various domains in data protection
