Change Centre of Expertise (CoE) is an 85+ strong team under Global Finance Operations and Transformation, focussing on SCB wide Change Management for all existing Application infrastructure for Global Finance Services (GFS), including Balance Sheet Information Management, Reporting and Decision Support / Analytics. This includes managing changes for Liquidity reporting under Basel III guidelines, Management Information, decision support and other analytics for Asset-Liability Management infrastructure of the bank.This function is also strongly governed by the Change Management principles, and Delivers and Manages changes that are of high value to regional Businesses of SCB spread across the world.Domain experts and Project management teams work in a collaborative environment to deliver group-wide Changes across all geographies. The change governance function along with the business operations teams ensure expert impact analysis and support for rolling out system enhancements and changes into the GFS Risk and Reporting Infrastructure.Liquidity Change CoE team interacts with several key stakeholders, SMEs on a day-to-day basis within the bank that include Treasury Transformation, Business, Finance, Group Regulatory Reporting function, Group and Regional Treasury including ALM and Short term & structural liquidity teams and Technology. This team delivers changes and ensure smooth transition to BAU, for GFS Liquidity infrastructure covering all client segments of SCB across all 50+ countries, through a centralized and standardized delivery model.JOB PURPOSEBusiness Analyst with a sound knowledge of Liquidity/Actuarial/CA business and Change management areas to own change delivery for her respective area. Liaise with all geographically dispersed stakeholders from Business and Technology teams and ensure smooth delivery for strategic changes for SCB.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Analyst with Capability/Experience/Expertise to elucidate business requirements from users, understand the requirements and document themAnalyse the impacts of the change across other bank infrastructure and finalize a Business Solution and document it with clarityPresent and elucidate the Business Requirements to the technology teams, and clarify on any queriesVerify the Solution meets the expectations of the business solution by performing rigorous user testing, before requesting users to perform and Sign-off the UATEnsure timely delivery of all tasks / activities for changes owned by herEnsure the solution complies with the laid down process steps, bank s data quality and reporting standardsDevelop subject matter expertise around Liquidity / regulatory reportingActively participate and contribute in all ongoing knowledge management initiatives to develop functional content in the areas Liquidity Reporting frameworkShould be able to adapt to the changes and quickly align with the new processes, operating models and other technological changesWork with different stakeholders to continuously improve efficiency of delivery of ChangesQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Essential1. Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution, Investment Actuaries, Part-certified Investment Actuaries2. Strong experience in managing Change Delivery; exposure to Project Management and Change Management practices in software3. Strong analytical skills4. Good understanding of banking products / Operations5. Domain skills on Basel Reporting / Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Management or Reporting, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Asset-Liability Management or other Balance Sheet reporting6. 0 to 15 years of relevant experience7.
