Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities for lean manufacturing, Kanban, and supplier development. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the success of the company. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, analyzing data, and maintaining strong communication with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchasing activities for lean manufacturing, Kanban, and supplier development- Utilize your negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts- Analyze data related to raw materials, production processes, and quality control- Communicate effectively with executives and international partners- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers- Stay updated on economic principles and financial markets- Utilize computerized procurement systems effectively- Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis- May require experience with MS Access for specific tasksQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience- Minimum of 5 years of related experience- Broad expertise in purchasing for lean manufacturing, Kanban, and supplier development- Excellent negotiation abilities and strong analytical skills- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control- Understanding of economic principles and financial markets- Competent in computerized procurement systems- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, may require MS Access experience Role Overview:You will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities for lean manufacturing, Kanban, and supplier development.
