Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support Product change management of VVVF drives.
  • Create and maintain product structures of the components and Assemblies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents such as requirement specifications, design documents etc.
  • Component selection; power dissipation, efficiency and thermal analysis; worst case calculations.
  • Support and develop test plan for component testing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Graduate degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical or Equivalent),
  • Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Electronics Preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Basic Electrical and Electronics concepts is mandatory
  • Basic understanding of Motor Motion control techniques.
  • Hands on knowledge on the Electrical / Electronics trouble shooting.
  • Should have thorough knowledge of power converters such as VVVF drives, DC-DC converters and their topologies.
  • Should have thorough understanding of semiconductor components such as power MOSFETs, IGBTs, Gate Drivers, etc.
  • Should be skilled in virtual engineering (PSPICE/ LTSpice, ORCAD, MATLAB or similar)
  • Knowledge of best practices in PCB layout for EMI/EMC
