Job Description

Greetings from SPI Global. SPi Global is hiring for the role of Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Research.Roles and Responsibilities:Manager/Senior Manager who is working on few large opportunities in the financial research, analysis space and handle the overall projects health. Client handling and overall project handling would be part of work portfolio.Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Managing project schedules and scope. Monitoring and oversight of authors, subject experts, and vendors in terms of meeting program requirements (scope), schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Lead a team working on banking solutions in the capacity of a project lead. In this capacity, the candidate identifies, assesses and solves business problems for the Client and/or for us.
  • Ability to work in situations that require rigor and in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative financial data. Comfortable in consolidating and analyzing financial information even based on incomplete data.
  • Lead the development of solution approach, operating models, standard operating procedures, leading client collaborations on projects, run delivery dates, resourcing and schedules.
  • Facilitate project execution by providing support in project-level issues.
  • Contribute in writing proposals, RFP responses and SOWs.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters level degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business/Management or related field.
  • Overall experience of 7+ year in Financial analysis process
  • Proven proficiency in one or more areas of banking and Financial Institutions services
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as a lead/senior lead financial analyst or in a similar capacity in a medium to large BFSI organization.
  • Experience leading teams to effectively deliver solutions/results.
  • Experience in project management activities that include project planning through implementation, and delivery of quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
Skill Requirements:
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Well informed, abreast and technically knowledgeable of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel& other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required.
