We have implemented Enterprise ITSM Project across enterprise leveraging BMC Remedy Toolset. The ITSM application Technology subject matter will be responsible for the analysis, design, engineering, and development using BMC s Remedy tool set. Works on multiple projects and development efforts and provides technical and architectural guidance on complex initiatives and works closely with on-shore and off-shore. The Associate needs to closely work with U.S Lead, Business Analysts to understand the requirements, design and implement the solution with minimum defects and without impacting the system performance. The associate should have good understanding on Remedy CMDB, Asset management and should have prior expertise to Integrate Remedy platform with external applications.
