Job Description

    Job summary
    • Manage day-to-day work related to catalog management & digital marketing.
    • Manage special projects from planning through execution.
    • Operate in an ambiguous environment to define new business practices and standard operating procedures.
    • Create and drive business requirements for both process improvement and technical solutions
    • Be a subject matter expert to inform recommended strategies that meet operating goals.
    • The role will require the candidate to quickly understand SLA, Metrics, Deliverables and work towards achieving Goals.
    • He/She should be a team player and come up with improvement ideas to his direct report and improve the editing/QA process.
    • The candidate will need to often contact stakeholders globally to provide status reports, communicate relevant information and escalate when needed.
    • In addition the candidate should have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
    • Creating and scheduling standalone campaigns with a clear focus on devising strategies to drive traffic and engagement for Amazon Prime/IMDb Video
    • Working with teams to gather learnings about how internal marketing tools are managed, maintained and continue to build use cases that build efficiencies in developing operational excellence
    • Optimizing content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices
    • Analyzing data to identify customer segmentation strategies Craft, execute and build playbooks and SOPs
    • Work with the creative team to source marketing creatives, plan channel intake and initiate adapts.
    • Work with the design team to create a pipeline for all engagement marketing channels, ensure the specs are as per guidelines and manage video asset management tools.
    • Working on the weekends with a week off on weekdays

    • Bachelors degree.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes Self starter, good team player. 3+ years of experience in catalog management or digital marketing.
    • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.
    • Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing processes. Goal-driven and target-oriented while being able to step back and look at the bigger picture.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
    • Strong attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues Good at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing
    • Willing to Work on the weekends with a week off on weekdays
    • Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with software team and inter operations teams.
    • Working knowledge of XML standards would be an added advantage. Basic knowledge on SQL queries like editing existing queries or fetching data from tables.
    • Good exposure to Amazon IMDb/Prime Video content.
    • Good understanding of other Indian languages, media and movies/series.
