The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of contributing to AI/ML projects, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying ML models. A solid understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) is essential, as you will help drive innovative solutions using GenAI techniques to solve real-world challenges.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet business needs.- Develop and maintain data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering to support model development.- Optimize and tune models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in production.- Implement best practices for model evaluation, testing, and version control.- Research and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) approaches to enhance existing models and create novel applications.- Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for maximum efficiency.- Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models in cloud-based and on-prem platforms.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing expertise in data science methodologies and tools.Required Skills:- Foundational Knowledge: Strong grasp of machine learning, deep learning, and AI principles. Understanding of common ML algorithms, DL architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers), and the ML lifecycle.- Programming & Coding: Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc. Experience with libraries for data manipulation, such as Pandas and NumPy.- ML/DL Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, handling data preparation, model selection, and tuning.- Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with GenAI concepts, techniques like GANs, VAEs, or LLMs, and an understanding of potential applications in business contexts.- Problem Solving & Innovation: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and innovative AI solutions.- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with other developers, data scientists, and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools for model deployment and monitoring.- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.- Understanding of version control systems like Git and containerization tools like Docker.Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
