Job Description

Our mission is to democratize financial services to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or economic standing, has access to affordable, convenient, and secure products and services to take control of their financial lives.*SHIFT TIME: 7PM to 3AM IST (Flexibility can be offered for few days in a week) Ensure ongoing maintenance of Xactly Incent, ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tool throughout the plan year to reflect updates to sales compensation data related to new hires, promotions, terminations, other headcount movements. Route Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) documents to plan participants on a regular basis Validate transaction batches to ensure accuracy of credit uploads into Xactly. Perform timely monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of sales compensation; validate and monitor payments to ensure adherence to incentive compensation plan company policy. Assist payees with questions or concerns related to credits and payments. Handle credit and payment adjustments as well as escalate exceptions in a timely manner. Validate successful transmission of sales compensation batches to payroll. Handle audit inquiries and participate in governance and compliance related activities. Drive resolutions that will minimize/eliminate manual processes. Evaluate opportunities for deceased redundancy in processing to optimize payout administration. Develop and maintain business partnerships with Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organizational, financial, and sales goals. Handle analyzing, reporting, and tracking of sales compensation metrics. Prepare and submit internal and external audit requirements. Assist with projects as assigned by management. Experience
    • Working in a fast-paced, high growth business environment.
    • End-to-end commissions processing, new hire input, plan generation, administration, commissions calculations, query management, reporting, and systems maintenance.
    • Handling heavy volume of queries and requests from various sales teams.
    • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed ICM and SPM (Sales Performance Management) functional designs.
    • Experience in documenting current state business processes and system designs as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs.
    • Have worked with the following platforms: Salesforce, Xactly, Callidus (or other ICM/SPM tool), Tableau, and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    Basic Qualifications
    • A Bachelor s degree is required in Business Management/Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience administering delivery of payouts from successful sales incentive strategies with multiple levels across a diverse workforce.
    • 5+ years recent experience in financial planning and analysis, sales operations, or commissions.
    • Sales compensation administration experience highly preferred.
    • Working knowledge of major ICM tools or systems (Xactly or Callidus).
    • Experience with major CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
    • Experience with Dropzone.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and prior experience with data analysis, including the ability to develop and create dynamic tools for modeling and analyzing data.
    • Knowledge of compliance with internal policies and controls as well as compliance with external laws and regulatory guidance including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
    • Self-motivated, self-directed with the ability to multi-task and work in a global, matrixed, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
