Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Recruitment and Selection at all levels and Co-ordinate with Training for Induction program
  • Knowledgeable to handle all the statutory compliances involving - Factories Act, Industrial Safety, Minimum wages Act, PF Act, ESI Act etc. ,
  • Responsible for maintaining cordial Industrial /Employee relations and implementing various employee engagement activities
  • Managing the Trade Union activities and to knowledgeable in initiating disciplinary actions such as preparing charge sheet, suspension / Termination Order, and wage settlement 12(3) and 18 (1).
  • Managing the Employee relations and welfare in terms of providing guidance on Health/ safety and handing employee grievances
  • Responsible for managing the Time Office, Payroll and maintenance of all HR & IR records
  • Responsible for Annual Performance Appraisal Management
