Sr. IAM Governance Analyst

Job Summary:This role will be a technical subject matter expert for the Identity and Access Management Governance team and Solution. The role will be responsible for IAM Compliance functions, including access certifications, access automation, lifecycle events and continuous improvements. As a member of the Security team, you will be helping us protect our business across all global sites.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implementation and deployment of Identity Governance solutions to meet Company requirements Enhance the onboarding process with job roles Lead the team as required, coordinate with product engineering teams and consulting firms Work across IT teams and Security to expand and enhance our IAM concepts (Provisioning, User Flows, Federation, and IT SOX Compliance controls. Support the Governance team for internal audit processes, extensive access certifications, and continuous auditing. Assist with the coordination of data gathering for user. extracts, obtaining metadata, and data preparation Loading extracts and data into audit governance tools Monitoring mailbox for questions, information needed, or hands on training related to user access certifications Data analysis of access revocations. Includes compiling and organizing data for quality check and action Audit evidence and tracking Mentor and support junior team members Solid analytical skills and data modeling skills, problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Self-directed worker with the ability to juggle multiple complex assignments simultaneously and meet assigned deadlines. High experience in SAP authorization concept. Managing the IAM operations request life cycle, including SOD check and provisioning. Experience in user management/maintenance activities on our most critical systems/applications (Active Directory/SAP/). Hands on experience in SAP GRC modules (RAR/EAM/UAR/PMU). Administer and maintain access to systems/applications at enterprise level. Work as part of the IAM operations team to solve any user management/maintenance related tickets/tasks Maintain/Manage GRC and future IGA solution(s) Work with HR Tech and HR Services team in case of inconsistent data between SFEC and HCM instances Communicate with customers on request/ticket status and progress Apply IAM operations processes and procedures and come with ideas to facilitate/automate them Support small/medium projects by working and completing the assigned tasks within the agreed timeline (SAP and NONSAP). Closely work with the project manager and team members Create/Maintain SAP authorizations/roles. Closely work with the SAP functional analysts/specialists Work with the SR Specialists and functional analysts/specialists on rebuilding/redesigning the roles on all SAP platforms Integrate compatible SAP instances into GRC and future IGA solutionRequired Skills : Experience in user access certifications Knowledge of IAM products and tools IAM experience (min 4 years) Ability to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and manage through a fast-paced, changing environment. Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and drive behavior across the organization with other teams Analytical problem-solving capabilities and strong decision-making skill Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with individuals across all levels the organization. Knowledge and experience working across a geographically and culturally diverse organization. Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively.Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology related field or commensurate experience. 4 years of working level experience in IAM,
