Role : Cloud Operations Sr. Manager# Purpose: This position manages the Azure Operations Team responsible for several Azure Subscriptions, creation/configuration of components and services on Azure, IAM management, account security, and oversight.# Highlights : - day-to-day operations of managing Cloud Services including software deployment and upgrades, system setup, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, service desk, security management and monitoring, capacity planning, availability management, disaster recovery and routine update of services.- Creates and maintains strategies related cloud infrastructure and cloud services.- Risk and Performance assessment for cloud infrastructure.- Lead a team of Azure cloud Infrastructure.- Accountable for the public cloud enablement product and services up and running.- RFPs in coordination with Strategic Project Management Team, Technology applications and, infra teams.- Provide guidance and direction for integration, data migration, security access, environment, and development processes.# Experience : 15 Yrs Exp working as an Operations Manager with demonstrated success in operating mission critical enterprise services. Create and deliver operational level agreements (OLA) with departments internal to the organization detailing the provision of every elements of a service. 10Yrs related experience in service management mainly on Azure platform Experience of managing, defining and delivering clearly defined services that enable business to understand service offerings, including what each service does and does not include, eligibility, service limitations, cost, how to request services, and how to get help. 5 Yrs IT Service Management, data center, server, and storage management, virtualization, Citrix, networking, systems management, and/or project management are recommended, Professional with experience leading large complex enterprise-wide infrastructure projects/programs with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties Experience supporting DevOps automation teams using tools such as Jenkins, 3rd party Cloud Provider Experience: AWS, Azure, Standard Infrastructure Experience: Monitoring, DNS, DHCP, Backups, and Disaster Recovery . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-directed, proactive, work on own initiative with a best practice approach. Role : Senior Manager Cloud Infrastructure Engineering and Integration# Purpose :
• To build Public Cloud Engineering and Integration capability as a Core Global Team to support firms strategic initiative i.e. to transition from current infrastructure hosting model to Public Cloud
• This role will focus on supporting Cloud Engineering and Integration activities for migration of majority of Infrastructure environments hosted across 60 countries globally during the project phase as well as on-going basis
• The role will focus on building and managing a very small core internal team, building, and managing an outsourced migration team for each project across all ManpowerGroup entities globally.
• This role will also focus on enhancing the overall Cloud Capability, establishing secure Cloud Risk infrastructure, establishing the overall Cloud Monitoring and Management capability on an on-going basis across all Global Availability Zones hosted by Cloud Service Provider.
• This role will manage the delivery of various Engineering and solution development activities across multiple projects as well as for on-going BAU Engineering demand for Cloud Infrastructure hosting, Technology Refresh, Applications Upgrade etc.
#Experience :.
• Overall, 18-20 years of Experience in Technology Infrastructure functions primarily managing all Cloud Platforms (particularly Azure), Data center Platforms, Network and Storage infrastructure
• Must have 8-10 years experience in designing, executing, and supporting large scale public cloud solutions in Azure for any large multinational corporation at Global or Regional level.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong ability to manage engineering delivery for multiple projects in parallel
• Strong experience in managing and providing leadership to internal and outsourced team size
• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
• Experience as a team lead
• Strong Experience with designing Cloud Infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environment primarily as well as in AWS areas.
