Job Description

  1. Ability to demonstrate strong skill in manufacturing process planning, Line balancing & standard time techniques.
  2. Implement concepts of work study measurements and lean tools to the company production system for improvement.
  3. Should have experience in Industrial engineering projects
  4. Very good analytical skill and share it in presentable way to management
  5. Demonstrate potential to design, analyze and implement industrial engineering techniques like Video study, MTM, MOST ,etc.
  6. Must have skills on Ergonomically assessing the worker job profile, and recommend steps to implement the best practice.
  7. Estimate standard time for each Standard Work instruction/JES process and arrive at the total work content for each model/ variant
  8. Estimate and provide HC required to operate the production unit at optimum efficiency in line with sales and PPS demand.
  9. Coordinate with HR for Recruitment to fulfill the demand
  10. Excellent oral and writing communication skills, as these experts have to team up with HR, FnC, production and other supporting function.
  11. Ability to lead the team by mentoring and building a healthy network
  12. Handling of Divisional & management report consolidation and submission.
  13. Organize monthly KPI wrt. staffing & funding to DAG( Mother Plant)
  14. Prepare and submit Global investment planning ,Balance score card & Head Count submission to DAG ( Mother plant)
  15. Weekly, monthly reporting to steer the project KPI in to right direction.
