Analyse issues escalated by the Tier - 1 teamDesign and develop solutions for the issues assigned the solution could be a simple workaround or a simple to moderate complexity code fixWrite and execute unit / integration tests cases where code fixes need to be deployedPrepare test procedures in conjunction with the Tier - 1 support & QA team.Support code deployments and help ensure smooth transition of code / configuration fixes to the production regions.Learn and use Flatiron s development tools , processes , methodologies and best practices.Contribute to support documentation.What we are looking for: Solution oriented professionals who are able to work independently on tickets assigned.Knowledge of software maintenance best practices.
