Coordinate in the formulation of Recruitment / HR Policies Work closely with Managers and prepare / update JDs Conduct recruitment activities (Kiosk / Flyer distribution / Campus) and attend Job Fairs Source resumes of potential candidates through different channels (Online Portals / Referrals / Social Media / Placement Agencies) Screen resumes, conduct first level interviews and shortlist candidates Handle the background verification checks for selected candidates Ensure resource requirements across all levels are closed within the stipulated timeframe and within the budgeted cost. Coordinate in the induction / onboarding programs for the selected candidates Ensure smooth conductance of Performance Appraisals, Engagement Initiatives and Exits Provide MIS - Analytical and documented reports Desired Profile 2- 4 years of experience in HR / Recruitment Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Hands on experience in various interview processes (Phone interviewing / reference checks) Should have handled generating offers / appointment letters / promotion letters Possess a good social media profile (Eg.
