Broad outline of the RoleCandidate Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent with min 5 years of operational experience in handling & troubleshooting of Ericsson Packet CORE - EPC Products - SGSN, GGSN, MME, S/P GateWay, EPDG, DRA, DAE, VSTP, Cloud PACO .Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in EPC PACO Products (Signaling and Gateways with all flavors 2G, 3G, 4G &5G) / CLOUD professional area. .Experience with troubleshooting tools, Trace & log file analysis tools, and with measuring equipment EPC PACO, CLOUD. .Experience with trouble ticket tools and process (Products Support, SGSN, MME, All Gateways) .Fault identification/correction/ reporting skills on the particular subsystem and equipment .Strong problem-solving ability .Good working knowledge of UNIX or Linux operating systems .Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. .May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty. Level 2 Technical Support for Packet Core. .Review and prepare the relevant technical document i.e. RCA .Manage software upgrade and backups. .Analyze MOPs and preparation for Change Management activities .Resolving Incidents in provided SLA . .Interface and Interact with the relevant stockholders within organization and ensure the timely progress on Customer service request for Critical/ Priority cases .Available to handle customer technical queries all the time and ensure timely response .Candidates with experience and/or certification in VMWare will be preferred. .Flexibility to support different markets as per the Time zones.
