Job Description

    Role: Were looking for a detail-oriented Charge Posting Specialist to join our healthcare finance team. Youll be responsible for accurately entering charges for patient services to support timely billing and collections.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Enter Charges: Accurately input service charges into the billing system.
    2. Verify Data: Check patient records and coding to ensure correctness.
    3. Reconcile Payments: Match charges with insurance claims and fix any issues.
    4. Generate Reports: Create reports to track charge postings and identify trends.
    5. Team Support: Work with billing and coding teams to ensure smooth operations.
    Skills Needed:
    • Knowledge of medical terms, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and billing.
    • Good with Microsoft Office and billing software.
    • Strong attention to detail and good organization.
    • Self-motivated, analytical, and team player.

    • Typing speed: 25 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
