Overview: Greenfield is an enterprise- wide technology initiative with the goal of modernizing the application infrastructure, reduce End of Life and Critical Cyber Vulnerability risk, increase availability and reliability of the compute infrastructure, and create an agile, scalable evergreen operating model The Greenfield, Lead Risk Analyst will assist in establishing consistent, repeatable and scalable oversight processes of an evergreen risk management operating model. Through defining and implementing robotic process automation based operational controls and analytics framework, you will ensure full document management of and adherence to regulator evidentiary requirements. This role will also be an integral part of relationship management with stakeholders across technology, lines of business, risk and compliance. By developing a structured communications plan and robust reporting, Greenfield Risk Management will provide transparent insight into program and organizational challenges. Responsibilities: Identifies, analyzes, monitors and minimizes moderately complex areas of risk that pertain to the Greenfield program. Coordinates closely with disaster recovery and data security teams. Leads the preparation /definition of risk reports for review by the business areas and Greenfield management. Works with the businesses to improve controls that would mitigate any deficiencies and ensure data and systems are protected. Ensures controls meet regulatory, organization and Greenfield program (Evergreen) standards. Ensures that existing control practices and procedures are documented to meet regulatory and organization standards. Reviews documentation for evidence of successful and efficient performance to achieve objectives. Assists in analyzing Greenfield and market trends to determine potential resulting risks to the organization. Leads projects that involve working with the businesses to improve controls that would mitigate any deficiencies. Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.
