Job Description

Job Specification: We are looking for experienced individuals in sales who can manage a team ofTerritory Managers and Relationship Managers / Sales Managers and take ownership of his assigned State. The person is this role must be self driven , have passion for sales and quick at decision making. The individual is expected to be dynamic , flexible and must have ability to motivate and handle a team. Being target oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks will be a plus point. Being an State Head you are responsible for generating business in your assigned location through your team of Territory Managers and Relationship Managers / Sales Managers and building relationships to deliver high quality services. He must also ensure disbursement of compliance and maintain portfolio quality. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse. Job Responsibilities: The role requires you to manage a team of Territory Managers and Relationship Managers / Sales Managers assigned in that specific geographic location. The Territory Managers / Relationship Managers / Sales Managers will generate loan proposals from dealers. The incumbent will be responsible to build dealer relationships thereby delivering high service standards. The incumbent is expected to drive cross sell of loans. He / She will be responsible to ensure Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) compliance & Portfolio quality. The incumbent will be expected to empanel good quality leading channels of the market and recruit Territory Managers and Relationship Managers / Sales Managers to further guiding & mentoring the to reduce discrepancies . Ensure regular BTL activity with the channel partner on cost sharing basis and drive product team rolled schemes at dealerships. The incumbent should have good team management skills , networking and relationship building and new business development skills.,
