This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Equity Programs and support Poshmark s stock administration, including global equity plans and platform management.Responsibilities:
• Administer Poshmark s equity incentive plans, including employee stock purchase plan, for all employees globally
• Maintain company s equity data, including grants, exercises, and all other activities
• Partner and collaborate with Accounting, HR, Legal and Payroll teams and internal and external auditors to provide equity reporting and ensure accounting, regulatory and tax compliance
• Maintain SOX compliance and assist with periodic testing / audits by internal and external teams
• Assist with trading plans as well as other relevant SEC documentation required for public company reporting
• Coordinate with Legal to maintain opening and closing of the insider trading windows, and executives trade restrictions in the equity system
• Communicate with employees and resolve questions, issues, or concerns as related to Poshmark s equity compensation programs
• Support employee education and understanding of equity programs and policies
• Assist with various ad-hoc reporting/analysis equity-related projects
• Perform routine audits to ensure that all data (grants, exercises, releases, forfeitures, etc.) have been processed timely and correctly
• Support process improvement including automating manual functions, increasing efficiencies, scaling the equity administration function, etc.
6-Month Accomplishments:
• Development of functional relationships across applicable stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective execution of reporting requirements and other deliverables
12+ Month Accomplishments:
• Continuous improvement of Poshmark s equity programs and existing processes
Requirements:
• Strong academic credentials, bachelor s degree required
• CEP certification(s) preferred
• 3+ years direct experience in equity management and stock administration at a public company
• Strong work ethic with high level of productivity while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Team player, highly collaborative with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Comprehensive understanding of many different types of equity awards and public company equity programs, across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of equity management platforms, Fidelity preferred
• Experience with various SEC forms and filings
• Understanding of US federal and state taxation and general global taxation of equity transactions
• Proficient in Excel including vlookups and Pivot tables
• Advanced analytical ability, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
