We foster an environment that encourages experimentation and prioritizes the well-being of our team members, striving to ensure that every individual goes home feeling enriched from their work experience.In this role within the Strategy Implementation Office of Product Engineering, we are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who will be responsible for various key aspects including Functional Planning, Capacity & Capability Planning, Engineering Methods & IT Interface, Digital Transformation, Functional Strategy, IP Management Office, and Product Engineering Leadership. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering and/or Management, possess significant experience in Product Engineering roles, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Strategy, Financial Management, Engineering Operations, Workforce Planning, PLM & CAD Systems, Digital Transformation, IP Management, and Continuous Improvement. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent teamwork, motivation, and communication skills.With over 14 years of relevant experience, this leadership position is based in Chennai and is particularly suited for candidates with a background in the automotive industry.
