Structural Supervisors for their FPSO projects. Responsibilities includes: Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structures within the stipulated scheduleSupervises and coordinates activities of work crews engaged in erecting structural steel: Marks locations for new rivet holes to rectify errors.2) Directs workers to drill and ream new holes.3) Assists workers in performance of tasks, such as riveting, welding, bolting, and chipping, using portable power tools.4) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.5) May supervise workers engaged in erecting steel power transmission towers and poles and be designated Tower Supervisor.6) May be designated according to activity of workers supervised as Supervisor, Rivetingupervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structures within the stipulated schedule.Review technical drawings and advise engineering of any discrepancies before commencement of fabrication works.Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of material procurement and usageEnsure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work siteStudy and evaluate the work sequences and methods of the Department and explore new ideas to improve quality and productivelyResponsible for preparation of red line mark ups to Engineering for AS BUILTS submission to clientsLiaise with clients representatives and coordinate with other department supervisors for effective coordination of all works.Ensure that Safety, Health and Environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel staff about compliance as necessaryTo implement the Companys safety policy and safety management system and to enforce legislated safety requirement and the Companys safety rules and regulations at site
