    • Oversaw the negotiation and execution of various contracts for commercial and residential projects
    • Finalized the Fade, Structural, Waterproofing & Finishing contract by considering feedback Loops strategies.
    • As a Contracts Engineer, need to be done contractors prequalification, prepared Request for Quotes, floated enquiry to bidders and collect the quotations. After making comparative statement scheduled and conducted a negotiation meeting with contractors for contract closure.
    • Scheduling and conducting kick off meeting post contract award.
    • Processing extension of time raised by contractors in line with contractual terms and conditions.
    • Amendment closure and claim settlement.
    • Successfully implemented cost-effective contract strategies.
    • Successfully managed and negotiated complex contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
    • Led a team in reviewing, drafting and finalizing contracts for various projects, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Developed and maintained positive relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing project efficiency.
    • Preparation of Monthly contracts reports along with quarterly contractor evaluation report.
    • Co-ordinations with regional teams and other functions viz., design, engineering, planning, costing/ budgeting legal, finance.
    • Review the site execution, monitor and maintain the quality of execution also suggest Design & Site Level Technical Improvement for better product delivery.
    • Vendor Selection and Negotiations.
    • Preparation of Project Schedule with MS Projects and Tracking project.
