SunGL L2 / L3 Support

Job Description

As an experienced Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for SunGL and related applications within the agreed service window in the EU time zone. Your key responsibilities will include:- Performing incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for application issues.- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.- Using SQL and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business requirements.- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance.- Assisting in responding to internal and external audit queries by supplying required application and configuration evidence.- Maintaining documentation of application configurations, processes, and known issues.- Supporting change management and release processes as per organizational standards.- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring, reporting, and application support.You should possess the following qualifications and skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or related technical roles.- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.- Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools.- Experience in application support within financial/ERP environments preferred, such as SunGL and Vision.- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial principles, journal entries, general ledger, and reporting.This role requires expertise in ITIL processes, Power BI, application support, SQL, and ETL.
