The candidate will provide technical / functional support on our Portfolio Management System application (Trilple A from Temenos). The candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests and Application Support activities Responsibilities As a member of #Service, the candidate will have the following activities :
    • Provide functional support (Front Office users) & technical support (batchs, interfaces )
    • Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
    • Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues.
    • Contribute to the knowledge articles.
    Technical & Behavioral Competencies Qualification & Experience:
    • Total 5+ years of overall IT experience
    • At least 3+ years of experience in supporting Triple A
    • At least 3+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset management
    • Hands on experience of Triple A functionalities, Portfolio Management, Order Management and Performance Analysis (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Strategy Reconciliation )
    • Experience in wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc
    • Good understanding of Wealth Management business processes.
    • Strong critical thinker with problem solving approach.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer/user-centric mindset
    • Linux (Basic)
    • Shell (intermediate) - SQL PL/SQL (intermediate)
    • ITIL practices (Strong)
    Good to Have
    • Actuate reporting.
    • Java / AS400 / Kafka / MQ / Tomcat
    • Jira / Service Now
    • Autosys or Any scheduling system
