Job Description

Manages technical service-related operations for Product Support team.
Reviews the work of engineering team which are delivered as part of changes.
Constantly review and ensure that physical capacity levels are monitored and breaches reported as needed.
Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational best practices.
Additionally, recommends changes to products or services to sustain the stability and performance.
Support team staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs by sharing technical knowledge.
Establishes relationships and able to work with other technology and interfacing Support teams.

Our Ideal CandidatePrimary Skill

FILENET Admin or equivalent
DATACAP Admin or equivalent
JBoss or Websphere Admin

Secondary Skill

Knowledge in UNIX/LINUX, Ctrl-M Scheduler
Basic Java Programming / Analytical Skills
Knowledge on Database SQL review and tuning
