Prepare and Execution of software upgrade MOPs as per customer specifications. Involve in remote Software Release/Change delivery/Firmware/ patch Upgrade activities. Involve in troubleshooting of issues raised after the upgrade. Alarms analysis, escalation handling, troubleshooting, mitigating service outages and ensure network availability. Co-ordination with various teams, i.e. NPO, Nokia Region, TS, R&D, Customer Must ensure smooth upgrade execution without any manual errors Involve in post upgrade testing support as a part of first office application (FOA) Must ensure strict adherence to process compliance as per the defined scope Ensure on time deliverables to avoid customer escalations Knowledge and Experience Engineer graduated in Telecommunications, IT or Electronic Engineering. Should possess excellent communication skills Should have 4 to 7 yrs of core telecom experience with minimum 3 yrs of excellent experience in either of Nokia IMS/SDM/DN nodes understanding of Mobile Networks (GMS, UMTS, LTE) and IP Networks Good Knowledge of LTE and IMS call flows Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts (Hypervisor and container) Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python etc) Hardware knowledge of HP & ATCA Good Knowledge of Linux OS 24/7 working environment experience Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure Willingness to do domestic and international travel as per business needs IMS/VOLTE Profile: Deep knowledge of Nokia IMS Architecture and functionality of its products such as CFX-5000, Open TAS, Nokia TAS, iNUM, knowledge of sip and diameter protocols, wireshark trace analysis DN Profile: Good knowledge of Nokia DN products such as SBC, AAA, MRF and CSD and their functionality. Basic idea of 5G and its core components.,
