Job Description

    Strong communication skills in English languageAble to handle customer facing roleCan able to lead the discussions with customer on report logics, calculation methodologies and report formatting for contractual SLAs and KPIs.Logical thinker, problem solving attitudeExtensive understanding of Database fundamentalsExperience working with Azure Database PaaS servicesHands on and Master with SQL queriesHands on experience with Synapse database.Backup, restore and maintenance jobs of databasesHands on experience with report development on PowerBI extracting data from Synapse and data flow.Strong knowledge of working with at least these tools but not limited to these in regards to Data transformation, management and report development - Excel, SharePoint, SQL, Synapse, Access DB, ServiceNow, etc.Strong understanding experience of developing reports for contractual Service Levels and KPs in managed services requirement.Basic Project management skillsGreat understanding of integration and ingestion of data from external sources like, Avaya, Vayusphere, ServcieNow, Synapse, Excel files, Intune, Workblaze, Bigfix, Solarwinds, Sharepoint, manual uploads, etc.Great at troubleshooting and resolving any issues in reporting platform running on PowerBI with supported sources from Synapse, ServiceNow, SharePoint and multiple other datasorces.Understanding of ITSM process like Incident management, Change management, problem management, etc.Team player and good in handling small team of developers if required.Advanced SQL skill sets.1.Advanced and nested subqueries2.Advance joins3.Common table expressions(CTE)4.Advanced use of date and time operations5.Ranking and sorting methods6.Query optimization7.Advance string functions.8.Store procedure.
