This position is responsible for helping in identifying and developing solutions that drive work load reduction, improved Contact Rate, and overall goal attainment across Customer Service. You will be heavily engaged in large amounts of structured and unstructured data to interpret, analyze, and develop accurate reporting that clearly depicts areas of opportunity to leadership and stakeholders. You will thrive both individually and as a team player and transition quickly into projects as needed.

  • Develop and enhance unstructured data sources (Voice calls, Chat interactions, Social Media interactions, other) to identify key business drivers, gain valuable actionable insights & business improvement opportunities.
  • Support predictive analytics that guides performance goal target setting for employee performance management. Design, develop, update, correct, and optimize data models for predictive and prescriptive outcomes.
  • Decipher, interpret, and transform data into actionable information.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and uncover root cause drivers.
  • Understand and interpret complex data structures into easily understood concepts.
  • Utilize statistical tools and analyses for deep insight data mining to uncover, explain, and resolve issues in the business.
  • Present data, insights, and recommendations to all levels of the business.
  • Ensure projects are conducted using quality principles and appropriate development methodologies
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in statistical modeling, time series modeling, ARIMA and multivariate constructs.
  • Experience with modeling tools, preferably R or SAS.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Three or more years of experience working with SQL and data analysis (Teradata or MS SQL server).
  • Experience with Tableau and Python.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree in in business administration, engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Problem solver with ability to drill down and understand root cause of issues and rapidly solve situations.
  • Two years or more experience in call center processes and customer service.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
  • Experience with Conversational design, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
  • Experience in Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, G-Suite as well as Agile methodologies.
