Job Description

    Provide engineering solutions for various infrastructure projects - Administer and ensure optimal operation and configuration of all systems including but not limited to physical and virtual Windows Servers, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery Replication, Monitoring. - Provide operational support of Microsoft technologies including AD, DHCP, DNS/WINS, Group Policy and ADSI. - Perform administration of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 and Outlook Web Access environment. - Responsible for patch management, application software delivery and release management. - Responsible for daily operations of Windows based servers running in a mixed physical and virtual (VMware ESX) environment. - Responsible for working with security architects to manage vulnerability within the environment. - Provide third level support and mentoring to the IT Service Desk team and senior level support to the IT Operations team. - Create and update systems documentation. - Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational objectives. - Must be self-motivated and ability to work both as a team member and independently to complete assignments. - Validate that all corporate data is covered by the security plans of Cushman & Wakefield and standardized across servers in all locations. Required Candidate profile Qualifications : Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Identity management - Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System - Strong experience with O365 - Exchange Online - Strong technical knowledge of VMWare ESXi 5.0 - 5.5, Windows 2003 - 2012, SAN Storage, Exchange 2010 and 2007. - Extensive technical knowledge of Windows 200x/Intel based server OS and hardware administration, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting. - Solid background in TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting in a Microsoft Windows networking environment. - Experience with Windows OS patching and Virus protection. - Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills. - Applicants must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under specific deadlines, while working in a fast paced production environment.
