Job Description

Position description RLE India is seeking a System Controls Application Engineer . This position will be located at Automotive OEM Based out in Chennai.The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people- focused environment where he/ she will interact with users, customers and other developers.Required Experience:Experience with automotive controls and the interface between a controller and Plant ModelsExcellent Simulink modeling, integration, and debug skillsExperience with SIL and HIL, including model integration to make interface connections between controller elements and plant elementsExperience/ skill with any physical modeling tool (such as Dymola, Simscape, etc. .)Experience in Frequency Domain analysis, such as bode, nyquist Plots and Time domain analysis.Experience with Matlab scripting, m- GUIDE development and algorithm development.Solid understanding of EPAS systems and EPAS features (ability to draw a schematic and understand Control flow block diagrams)Good in understanding and analyzing complex controls algorithms, also Root cause analysis for unstable systems.Mathematical modeling of physical systems by using first principles approach.Total Experience : 6 to 9 YrsRelevant Experience : 6 YrsEducation : B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech/ M.S [Electrical / Electronics/ Computers/ Aeronautics/ Mechanical]Skill Set/ ToolsMatlab, m- script, Simulink, Stateflow.System Identification, Control system Tool box, Frequency Domain and Time Domain Analysis.Domain Knowledge Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) Systems and Control Systems.Additional information About Company RLE INTERNATIONAL is one of the worlds leading engineering and consultation service providers to the international mobility and energy industries.
