To ensure customer support, on call support, cross site coordination and troubleshooting. This position provides technical leadership and ensures that the windows infrastructure, customer service and support are provided in accordance with established service level agreements while ensuring standards are maintained. This position also participates in the planning and implementation of local and regional projects.
