Job Description

We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver the best applications, products and services.Partner with the bestAs a System Support Engineer II you will work closely with all technical teams and business functions to understand IT application requirements and deliver them in the most efficient way. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues and deliver resolutions effectivelyAs a Systems Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
    • Providing on-going administration support to infrastructure and application layer
    • Monitoring alerts and platform metrics to identify potential issues and provide support
    • Owning the incident and service request life-cycle to ensure progress and resolution updates to customers
    • Following internal SLA and OLA agreements and to ensure high-level quality of service is delivered
    • Collaborating with engineering and platform teams. Provide guidance to successfully deliver implementations and continuous support to IT applications
    • Building and maintaining a support knowledge library to document issues and resolutions for our internal customers
    Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:
    • Have 3 - 5 years of enterprise Operations experience supporting Linux based applications.
    • Experience supporting ODI, capstorm, Mulesoft etc will be desired.
    • Be detail-oriented and have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills involving REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Have knowledge of Basic networking concepts
    • Be proficient in traditional RDBMS schema and SQL
    • Have excellent communication and written skills to articulate technical information to internal teams and end users.
