Candidate will be an Individual contributor and key performer within the team and looking forward to step into a role of Analytics SPOC in next 2 years of time. This position is very critical considering the pipeline for Teradata, Hadoop & Informatica Environment and future Data Warehousing platform requirements.We are looking for someone who demonstrates

Here is a glimpse of what you will do
  • Working on Informatica, Teradata, Hadoop platforms and supports applications built on top of it.
  • Strong problem solving knowledge on Databases like Oracle, Teradata & SQL.
  • Should understand and create stored procedures.
  • Monitoring JobsWorkflow and working with technical teams to derive permanent fix.
  • Hands on Experience in Writing , Debugging , Testing Shell Scripts.
  • Hands on Experience in Teradata Utilities like B.teq , Fast Load , Multi Load , TPT.
  • Hands on Experience in Building , Trouble Shooting Informatica Mappings.
  • Exposure to Performance Tuning of Informatica Mappings, TD Stored Procedures and Ability to Collaborate with DBA s to Collect Hints & Execute the Steps Collaboratively.
  • Experience in Handling Non-Technical Customers to Create FS & TS before getting in to Design Phase.
  • Experience in Writing, Debugging, Testing Hive Scripts & Work Experience in Interacting with Hadoop Admin s to Collect Hints from Ambari for Fine Tuning the Code.
  • Hands on Experience in any Scheduling Tools Like Autosys , Control M Or Tivoli (Preferably).
  • Deep Understanding of Data Ware House Concepts & Exposure towards Any Reporting Tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy in any of the Projects is Essential.
  • Exposure towards Informatica Power Exchange is added advantage.
  • Working on ITIL process like Incident management, Problem management and Change management Should be a good team Player & Individual Contributor with Excellent Communication Skills. Candidate should be able to Interact With Both Technical / Non-Technical Users & address their queries with Passion towards these technologies.
Here is some of what you will need (required)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in any of the Database Platforms like Teradata / Hadoop / Oracle / PL SQL
  • Very strong knowledge / working experience with ETL Informatica / Informatica Power Exchange
  • Good ITIL process knowledge in mandatory
  • Optional - Good analytical and functional knowledge on Supply chain / Manufacturing Domain
