Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction:The commercial team will bring budget and financial clarity, control and consistency across TA Central collation and reconciliation of budgets. Track actuals vs cash spend. Track expense and travel expenses. Create, reconcile and housekeep Purchase Orders. Reconcile, approve and housekeep invoices against Purchase Orders. Reconciling FTE finance reports.What will you be doing Commercials - 80% Assisting with the central collation, tracking and reconciling of TA budgets/monies. Involvement in the management and reconciliation of FTE finance reports. Creating and reconciling purchase orders for TA service teams. React to the needs and requirements of the global Talent Acquisition teams using initiative and judgement where required. Supporting the execution of appropriate follow up measures whilst minimising risk to spend and operating in a risk and control environment. Provide good organisational skills to achieve timely delivery of financial requirements.Data Management & Governance - 20% Leverage data, MI and insights to drive cost balance and meeting targets/budgets. Ensure that Talent Acquisition achieve its group commitments feeding in relevant financial data and meeting the timelines and commitments made by the function to the group. Ensure delivery is in line with global policy. Demonstrate solid understanding and awareness of Talent Acquisition policies and any changes.What we re looking for:A distinctive track record in reconciling, tracking and collating large scale, global budgets. Demonstrable experience in manipulating, collating, analysing and cleansing large data files. Proven ability to work independently, and as part of a global team. Expert skills with MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, SAP and Taleo. Proven track record as a reporting analyst having the ability to work with multiple sources of information from various business units globally. Solid qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills. Proven track record of working on transformation projects in a global organisation across multiple geographies and businesses to drive commercial and operational efficiency. Skills that will help you in the role:Degree with extensive numerical and research components. Commercial and Financial management experience preferred. Experience in human resources in Financial Services preferred.
