Job Description

    Job Description
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles.
    • Identify and attract potential candidates through diverse online platforms (e.g., social media and professional networks like StackOverflow and Behance).
    • Write engaging recruitment emails to connect with passive candidates.
    • Review and evaluate incoming resumes and application forms.
    • Conduct interviews through phone, video, and in-person meetings.
    • Design and administer assessments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
    • Post job listings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards, and internal platforms.
    • Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified applicants.
    • Send offer letters and respond to inquiries about salary packages and benefits.
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and recruitment sources.
    • Represent the company at job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events.
    • Work closely with managers to forecast staffing needs.
    • Support new hires during the onboarding process and act as an advisor.
