They are a part of the continuous improvement process continually enhancing the system for increased efficiency and optimization. The TA SuperUser also serves as the point of contact for the Talent Acquisition Partners, recruiters and coordinators in the regional TA team.Responsibilities
• Provide recruitment system training to managers and TA team and ensure continues re-training if needed to ensure a high quality of data quality.
• Acts as first line response of problems in the system.
• Audits MYPC for inconsistencies in the recruitment process to continuously improve data quality
• Inform the team about systems changes/updates and monitor their correct execution
Qualifications
• 3 or more years of experience working with systems such Applicant tracking systems or related HR systems
• Intermediate level utilization of Microsoft office suite (i.e. Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced level utilization of MS Excel
• Success Factors or SAP experience preferred
• Fluent in English written and verbal
• Professional communication skills; phone, e-mail, and in person

• High level of flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve while maintaining agility
