Job Description

    Role: Team Lead -Non-IT Recruitment- Consulting FirmAV Global Advisory Services is Chennai based consulting firm, We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee and guide a high-performing team within our consulting practiceAs a Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, developing team capabilities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.Location Chennai (Avadi)This is work from Office / Strictly no Remote or WFOKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering tailored consulting solutions.
    • Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Provide strategic direction and input on the firms growth and expansion opportunities.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
    • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    • Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and resources, implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting Firm
    • Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
