Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Telesales to manage and lead our telesales team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily telesales activities, driving sales performance, ensuring team productivity, and meeting sales targets for unsecured business loans. You will also be instrumental in coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team members to enhance their skills and achieve desired outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets for unsecured business loans.Sales Target Achievement: Set clear sales goals, monitor team performance, and ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are met.Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to telesales team members. Ensure the team is well-equipped with product knowledge and effective sales techniques.Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes, customer engagement, and conversion rates.Customer Engagement: Ensure that the team effectively engages with potential customers, explains the features and benefits of business loan products, and converts leads into successful loan applications.Process Optimization: Implement and refine telesales processes to improve efficiency and maximize sales opportunities. Identify and resolve any challenges hindering team performance.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and key metrics to senior management. Use data to identify trends, track progress, and refine strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with the credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless loan processing and smooth customer experience.Quality Control: Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards while interacting with customers.Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure that team members are addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in any field. A degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, with at least 6 months in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience in business loans or financial services is a plus.Skills:Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the team.Ability to analyze sales data and take corrective actions to meet targets.In-depth knowledge of business loan products and financial services.Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with CRM tools and telesales tracking systems is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attributes:Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional relationships.Adaptability and willingness to implement new strategies for team improvement.
