Job Description

. Mandatory Skills

  1. Masters Degree /Engineering Degree with experience to automate E2E processes.
  2. 8+ years experience in different automation tools (allrounder). D eep knowledge of multiple open source/commercial automation tools for SAP and Non SAP (QTP/ UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, Tosca, Ranorex etc.) and technology stack (VB, JAVA, .Net, Python etc.).
  3. Sound understanding of agile- and DevOps-methotology.
  4. 3+ years experience in testing tools (prefered UFT) is a prerequisite.
  5. Experience with API test automation.
  6. Extended hands-on experience in building and adopting large scale,cross-functional automation frameworks.
  7. In-depth knowledge of testing concepts and methods (prefered ISTQB certified).
  8. Team Lead position includes hands-on tasks to a certain degree .
Tasks :
  1. Support in ensuring and giving input to efficient IT processes in projects
  2. Set up a structure to follow up on deliverables for different releases, maintenance and for any technical system issues.
  3. Assign tasks based on qualifications of resources across different phases, deliverables and releases.
  4. Keep IT deliverables on plan and mitigate risks
  5. Global CoPlanning for IT resources
  6. Hire , on board and motivate new DGIT team members
  7. Performance evaluation of the team members
  8. Coordination of holidays/vacations for the resources

  1. Working experience in matrix environment
  2. Must have handled large projects with complexity
  3. Passion to lead people and develop them
  4. Excellent Team player
  5. Curiosity to learn new things and high analytical skills
  6. Good Problem solver with a Can Doattitude
