The team youll be part of You will part of core team in shopfloor & Production Line Leader brings a combination of strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team workers. Has an advanced understanding of workplace safety regulations and ensures that staff is always regulatory compliant. What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will:Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. Assess and analyse current production methods. Sets up and ensures the implementation of quality systems needed to achieve quality performance. Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals. Ensures every personnel in the production lines does good work to ensure quality is delivered. Interact daily with planning, QA, maintenance, and other groups to keep operations running smoothly and properly. Inspects machines, software, tools, and all other material needed for a smooth production process. Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality. Maintaining health, safety and environmental standards in accordance with our client s procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations by all team members. Ensuring all quality documentation is maintained and controlled to the latest revision levels. Your skills and experience You have:
• Basic Knowledge about electronics fundamentals
• 3 to 5 Years Hands on experience in handling/Assembly electronics PCBs
It would be nice if you also had:
• Awareness on standards related to IPC
• Troubleshooting exposure
