Job Description

a) Lead his team through guidance, coaching, motivation, to achieve optimum performance levels and career development b) Handle technical responsibility for the project (quality and correct functionality of deliverables). c) Review time sheets & attendance and employees issues and concerns d) Monitor individual employees Performance.
