Job Description

    • Leading the collections team on a daily basis to continue in achieving results.
    • Managing the functional alignment, orientation, support and management of the assigned team.
    • Enhancing both CBSLs and client reputation by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that a culture of Treating Customers Fairly is embedded within the Collections department
    • Delegating and overseeing work undertaken ensuring the collections activity is effective and that all administrative tasks are completed
    • Maintaining the SLA parameters, Quality Standards, Escalating Matrixes, Resolution rates, and other process norms and targets are strictly adhered to.
    • Maintaining the overall login hours and efficiency of the team members.
    • Responsible for escalating any unresolved issues to the Manager
    • Adhere to the quality standards as prescribed by the company for outbound calls handling escalation calls if needed.
    • Ensure Shrinkage and attrition are maintained to acceptable levels over a period of time
    • Taking daily feedback from advisors and sharing the same to Client SPOC
    • Listening to their team calls to understand the pulse of the team.
