Job Description

• Loan Operations at Central Processing Unit To provide operational support for the entire gambit of retail asset/business banking products offered by the bank as mentioned below: Secured Loans (Auto, TW, CTG, CD,GL) Unsecured Loans (PL, BL, SHG) Mortgage Loans (LAP, LARR) Working capital facilities for customers with turnover upto 200 crores (BBG, EEG, ABC, SAB, HCF, CV, Inventory Funding) Agri Lending (Kissan Gold Card, Rural Initiative Group, Tractor Loans) Loan against Securities ( Shares, Bonds, NSC, KVP) Post file checking and disbursal of loans by branch operations, CPU takes over the activity of fund transfer, file boarding, files storage, loan maintenance till the entire life cycle of the loan Loan booking and maintenance in core system Records management for the entire portfolio which include file storage, temporary and permanent retrieval and maintenance till the portfolio matures File storage as per the storage policy of the bank Manage credit administration for working capital loans which includes credit limit setup, renewals, drawing power maintenance, compliance to credit covenants, letter of acknowledgements, ROC filings etc Repayment management PDC, ECS, SI Collateral management for secured loans which includes storage, reconciliation and release of property papers, Vehicle RC books, liquid securities like shares, mutual funds bonds etc Suspense account monitoring and reconcillation Loan foreclosure and termination processes DSA payout and agency payout management Monitor TAT, productivity and accuracy of processing and conducting Time and Motion study for CPU to arrive at the excess/ shortage of staff in each unit.

• Vendor management including managing storage vendor, couriers, BPO etc Ensure to put sufficient controls to assist the branches in following the process guidelines Ensure all branches meet a minimum of satisfactory audit rating at all times Contribute effectively towards process efficiency and cost savings Floating Rate Revision Management and Customer Query Handling - Finnone Loans System Enhancements and Control STP ( Straight Thro Processing) Initiatives - One View S&A; System to handle fungible limits in an error free manner, Enet system automated Fund transfer, RTGS, Pay orders for all retail asset loans.

• Supervision of System Projects to ensure regulatory compliance, arrest operational errors / exposure, operational capability for new revenue streams / customer delight.

• Designing system architecture, developments to mitigate high rate of errors, Credit risks and business requirements for Business banking Products.

• Conceptualization, Intensive System design, testing and Go Live for the priorities laid down.

• To regularly interact with business groups and Designing system architecture, developments to mitigate high rate of errors, Credit risks and business requirements for Business banking Products.

• provide support as required by the business teams Agri Govt.

• Schemes Driving many new Govt announcements on farmer loans such as Crop Loan waivers in Andhra, Telengana, EMI postponement due to Hailstorm for entire Mah & MP portfolio, UP & Jammu Kashmir Debt relief, Crop Insurance, Central Govt Interest Subvention, State Govt SubventionsCoordinating with stakeholders for Agri Debt waiver, Subsidy management , Intepretation of Circulars etc.

• BPO Management Management and Monitoring of activities handled out of tirupati BPO.

• Digital Loans Conduct Pre launch data validation and advise the respective teams on the disconnects Lay down the process for handling of Digital loans and preparation of process notes for sign off from all stakeholders.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders on the process that needs to be adopted and ensure that the process is watertight Build health checks to ensure NIL revenue leakage to the bank.

Skills

• Minimum of 12-15 years of banking experience of which at-least 7 years experience in operations function of major bank / nbfc
• In-depth functional knowledge of retail asset / business banking products
• Excellent communication skills
• People management skills to manage large teams
• Inter personal skills to maintain a good rapport among other departments of the bank
• Networking skills with external relevant people to understand the macroeconomic changes
• Project management skills
