Job Description

    *Carrying out of Production operations in compliance to cGMP & EHS requirements., *
    1. Planning and ensuring of raw material availability for daily production as per production plan.
    2. Operation and cleaning of process equipment s Viz. Reactor, centrifuge, Tray drier, Vacuum Tray drier / Roto cone vacuum drier / Agitated nutsche filter cum drier / Distillation column / strippers etc., utility equipment s viz. vacuum pump, Ejectors, scrubbers etc. allocated.
    3. Adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good documentation practice) and EHS requirements.
    4. Monitoring & controlling the process parameters as per BMR without any deviation.
    5. Execution of production plan and meeting the production targets.
    6. Effective utilization of men, utility, equipment, raw materials and power.
    7. Issue and Control of Intermediates.
    8. Maintaining Good Housekeeping in work place
    9. On line Documentation viz. batch manufacturing record, cleaning record etc without any data integrity.
    10. Trouble shooting of process equipment s, utility systems and process.
    11. Initiating work order and safety permits as per procedure.
    12. Generating new ideas and initiatives.
    13. Involving Yield improvement, time cycle reduction, capacity enhancement initiatives.
    14. Making the plant for the audit readiness.
    15. Ensuring the safety of self, operating personnel, workmen and machine associated.
    16. Coordination with the supporting departments for smooth running of production.
    17. Participation in training programme and effective communication process.
    18. Reporting of near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition.
    19. Handling of Hazardous operation and chemicals in safe manner.
    20. Proper communication during shift change over in the shop floor.
